Individual Therapy
I offer individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, creating a safe, compassionate space for exploration, healing, and growth. My approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from various traditional as well as contemporary therapeutic approaches and intervention (explained in detail below).
I work collaboratively with clients navigating:

Relationship or family difficulties
Trauma and loss
Adjustment and life transitions
Emotional regulation and self-esteem concerns
Burnout, motivation, and identity challenges
Therapy is offered in Gujarati, English, or Hindi, based on the client’s comfort.
Therapy and counselling sessions are practised with integrity and a strong commitment to confidentiality, in alignment with recognised ethical norms and professional guidelines, prioritising client well-being at all times.
